What is a PRO Practice Session?

We are offering leaders a confidential 1:1 external coaching session to practice having career discussions with care and confidence.

With a PRO Coaching session you will have one hour in a 1:1 video meeting with a Practice Coach. No one else will be watching – the session is entirely private.

You will choose the scenario you want to practice (see below) and your Practice Coach will ‘be’ the person you need to have the conversation with.

You will practice the conversation twice and get powerful, formative feedback. And because no one is watching it doesn’t matter if you make a mistake – in fact, making mistakes is what practice is all about.

At the end of the session, we guarantee that you will be much more confident to have the conversation ‘for real’.

You will be booking a private 1-1 practice session and you will need one hour.

Sessions are available from 24 June 2024. Please provide TWO options for when you’d like your PRO session to take place and we will do our best to accommodate your availability. You can provide a specific hour slot or a range of days/times.

Practice Coaches are available in all time zones, however there is greater availability in Central European time zones (UTC). If possible, please request times to accommodate this.

Can't attend your session?

We understand that circumstances change on a daily basis and are sympathetic to this. However, please note that any changes made within two working days of your session time will incur full charge to your organisation.

If you are unable to attend your session at short notice, please make every effort to let your Practice Coach know, as they will have set aside the time and be prepared to meet with you.

These sessions will be run in English or French. If you would like another language we will do our best to accommodate you. We currently have Practice Coaches who also speak German, Spanish, Italian, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), Japanese, Punjabi, Hindi, Tamil, Polish and Danish.

If so, you can prepare for a more realistic scenario in one of two ways:
